We provide free delivery on orders over £35 with Standard Delivery ‘Global Air’. Some carrier & product exclusions may apply. We also offer alternative carriers - DHL Express and FedEx.

VAT & Customs Duties

All orders imported to the UK from overseas are subject to VAT which iHerb includes in our pricing. This is paid directly to HMRC.

iHerb intends to cover all VAT and duties for customer orders to the UK. Very occasionally customs fees may unintentionally be applied. If this happens please contact customer service.

Order limit/value caps may be in place for some couriers to support VAT and duties clearance.

Timing

We endeavour to deliver to you as fast as possible. Our products are air-freighted directly to you from our temperature controlled, GMP/IOSS certified warehouses in the USA. Timelines are estimated at checkout.

On occasion, some orders may be subject to longer transit times due to air freight delays, customs clearance, or any other unforeseen complications outside of iHerb's control.

• Global Air:​ All duties, taxes and import fees are pre-collected at checkout to expedite customs clearance; no further customer payments are required upon delivery.
