これは「抹茶」ではない。薄っぺらで苦い。最下等のクズ茶を粉にしただけとしか思えない味でした。　製菓用にも使えません。

普通の抹茶。

Purchased at iHerb

値段が安いので期待はしてませんでしたが抹茶特有の香りもなければ、味も薄いです。ただ、お菓子作りで大量に使う時にとりあえずは抹茶色になるので使っています。
