ヨギティーは、日本で購入するよりとてもお安いです。ただ、届いたときに箱がつぶれることがあるようです。

心も体も少しずつ　寒さが染みてくる　これからの季節に向けてまとめ買いしました。優しい甘さとスパイスが　ちょっと淋しかったり、うつむき気味の気持ちを　温めてくれる感じで、安らぎます。

ストレスへの効果はわかりませんが、眠りの浅い私がこれを夜飲んだ日はぐっすり眠れたので驚きました！甘い香りがホっとします。初めは漢方くさいって感じてました。濃いめで飲むと「おえっ」となるので、少しだけ薄めにして飲んでます。
