そのまま飲むのはキツいです。ニオイが凄い！他で入手したブラジル産の物もありますが、何か別の物という感じです。私は必ずカプセルに入れて飲んでいます。これを飲むと風邪を引きにくくなります。引いてしまっても飲めば治りが早くなると思います。
