My husband is an endurance cyclist and he says that when he adds this to his drink mix he is able to "buffer lactic acid" much more efficiently. In other words, it takes longer for his legs to start burning.

Reminds me of sweet ened tea

This is a tasty way to increase your alkaline intake and improve your pH. The taste reminds me of sweetened ice tea.

This product is good, but not so effective as some of the more expensive alkaline powders available. However, it does taste better.
