ココアのような味のする固めのラムネっぽい食感でとてもおいしいです。噛まずになめていると１・２分で溶けてなくなります。また1粒が小さいので間違えて飲んでしまってものどにつっかえることはなさそうです。味・大きさ共にかなり好感触でしたが、残念ながら効果はなかったです。

舌で溶かすので

口に入っている間、気になってしまって眠れませんでした。チュアブルタイプに慣れていないせいでしょうね。舐めること、溶かすことに神経を使いすぎてしまうみたいです。
