穏やかな気持ちで過ごせます

眠る数時間前に一粒のみます。しばらくするとリラックスしてまどろんでくるようです。慢性的なイライラや不安感も弱くなったような印象です。鬱症状や不安感などにはのみ続けて効果があると思います。
