i take one a day all year round and extra at the first sign of illness. really works to keep you healthy which I especially need as i work in a hospital. I haven't had to call out sick in nearly 2 years. way cheaper than the health food store

I tried the Wellness Larch Extract tablets because I don't like using powders. Wow! This stuff is great! I kept getting ear infections and/or vertigo. This cleared it up. I take 2 tablets a day and I don't have to measure the powder.

Larch gum is anti viral and immune strengthening. It has helped to rid my body of a stubborn virus.
