香りです。 日本のカレー粉とは違い、とても複雑で香り高い。 何にでも合います。 私は塩をふってすり下ろしたにんにくをまぶした角切りのお豆腐に一振り。 これだけでサラダの主役に！

塩無添加なのは良かったのですが、私にはターメリックが強く感じてあまり好みではありませんでした。 あと入れすぎるとヒリヒリします。 □追記□ どうも入れ過ぎてた模様。 私の好みだと量を少し減らしたら美味しかったです。 評価上げときます。

振り出した時は弱めですが 加熱すると香りが立ちます。 細かいパウダーです。 少量ずつ振り出せます。

何でもお手軽にカレー味に出来て、子供たちは大喜びです。1品足りなくてもこれで炒め物などをするとガッツリ感が出るせいか文句が出ません。助けてもらってます。リピ決定！（笑）

日本のあじしおサイズでした。 しかもそのままふりかけられるようになっています。 わざわざスプーン使わなくてもいいので便利です。 それにビンが日本と比べるとおしゃれ。
