実家にあげてしまいました。クレイジーソルトみたいに使えるかと思いきや、そんなに味がつかなくて、色々使うことになり、二度手間になるので使わなくなりました。

鶏肉と青じそのはさみ揚げを作ったのですが、レモンを絞ってもなんか物足りないぼやけた味になってしまい…。これをたっぷりふりかけてみたらイイ感じに味が引き締まりました！瓶やシフターも使いやすいし、テーブルに出しっぱなしでも「これは調味料です」って感じがしなくていいです。

葉物野菜をいためるときにも、パスタにも、お肉にも塩とこれで味付けて・・・で美味しい。便利なのでプレゼント用にも何種類か買いました。オーガニックで安心です。
