筋トレ前に飲んでテンションをあげています。朝の眠気覚ましとしても有用です。私はカフェイン耐性がついてしまっているので、特に気合いを入れたい時は２錠を一度に摂取(400mg)してトレーニングに臨みますが、カフェイン耐性がついていない人は１錠を越えての摂取は危険な場合があるので用量は守った方がいいです

どれだけ眠くても覚醒作用が得られる製品。また、非常に安価で効果もしっかりと得られる。本当に素晴らしい製品です。
