良いです。産婦人科の先生に「肉を食べなさい、亜鉛を取りなさい」といわれていたんですが、そんなに肉ばっかり食べられないし、亜鉛のサプリも意外に高い。そんな中、Now Foodsのサプリのコストパフォーマンス、最高です。しかも50Mg入っている。普通1日の摂取量は30Mgといわれているので、副作用とか大丈夫かな。。。と懸念していましたが、特におかしいことはないです。そして、以前使っていたサプリは服用したときに「うっ」となっていましたが、（気持ち悪くなっていました、それで飲むのに抵抗感がありました）このサプリはそれがないんです。有難い。身体が改善していくといいなと思っています。

外国のサプリはとかく粒が大きいので中には慣れるまで大変な思いをすることもありますが、これは日本人でものみやすい大きさだと思います。これをのんでから肌荒れが改善し、風邪もひきにくくなったようです。ピコリン酸キレートされているということで吸収性も良くなっているということでこれにしました。良かったと思います。
