毎日呑んでいますが、眼の疲れが軽減されています。小さい文字でも最近は眼鏡が無くとも見えるようになってきました。年齢的なものもあると思いますが、特に薄暗くなると急に視界がぼやけてきていたのですが、このサプリのお陰か大分改善されたと感じます。
