格別に安いです。でもマカ全般胃痛がするのです。スーパーエンザイムとの併用をお勧めします。そうすると胃痛が起きません。でもわたしはもう飲まないと思います。あと攻撃性が増す気がします。競争社会で生きたい方にはお勧めかも。体は温まります。でもこれ以外にも体を温める食品は沢山あります。似たようなもので坑ストレス作用があり心地よいのはエゾウコギでしょうか。価格という点で星５つです。わたしに合わないだけですから。

シンプルなマカのみなので、女性でも安心して飲めます。イライラが収まる効果に期待していますが、効いているような気がします。（男性用マカだと、ガラナやらオットセイ粉末やらはいっていることが多いので）産地によって、効能に違いがあるというメーカーの方もいらっしゃいますが、私は気にならないので、これで十分でした。カプセルなのでニオイも気にならないです。国内では比較にならないお値段なので、これからも続けていきます。
