１回３粒なのであっという間になくなりますｗかなり大粒なのでちょっと躊躇します。 PCに代えるか検討中。

大きくて飲みにくいですが、効果はあります

あまり大きなものを飲み込めない方は、たくさんの水と一緒に飲む必要があると思います。 3錠飲むように指定されていますが、一度に飲むのは結構大変です。ですが、コレステロールを下げる目的としては、とても良いものだと思います。特に脂っこいものを食べたあとは必ず飲むようにしています。お知らせ）初めてアイハーブでご注文なさる方はIKO292 とコードナンバーを入れますと、 10ドル引きになります。よろしかったらお試し下さいませ。
