タブレットと間違えて買ってしまいました。空腹時に一日3回飲むようにしています。髪にコシがでてきました。初めてこの数量サイズを買いましたが、小さな怪獣をいじめていたら、お母さん怪獣がでてきたと言うくらい大きさです。

ヘルペスが発症しなくなりました

2008年にはヘルペスの発症が頻繁になり自身の寿命が近づいたかと思わんばかりでしたが、2008年9月からL-Lysineを飲み始めて全くヘルペスの発症がなくなり健康は宝だと実感しています。掛り付けの医者に話をしたところ他の患者さんに勧めているようです。必須アミノ酸のバランスが崩れ、アルギニンが多くなる体質だったのだと実感、L-Lysineを飲むことでウイルスの活動を抑える働きが戻ったのだと思います。・・・・助かりました。
