私は慢性疲労の傾向があり、朝起きた時にすでに疲れていると言う状態でした。このインスタントエネルギーB12は食後に一袋飲むだけで2～3日続けると、いつの間にか疲労が消失して、元気になれます。特にお酒をよく飲まれる方には効果が高いような気がします。私の身内にも飲ませてみたら1週間ほどですごく気に入って、催促をされるほどです。

疲れた時、即元気になります。朝は液体のB-12を飲んでいますが、バッグの中に入れて持ち運んでいます。お薦めです！
