スポイト式で使いやすいです

ただし、バニラエッセンスではないので香りは淡い感じです。お菓子のレシピでもバニラエクストラクトは小さじ１～２を使用するように書いてあります。安全性を使い勝手を考えるとよい商品だと思いますが、やはり物足りない香りです。バニラビーンズを使うほうがいいかも。

バニラの香りは薄め

プリン作りに数滴入れましたが匂いはまったくしませんでしたね。本物はこんなものなのかも。この次はもっとたくさん入れます。容器はドロッパーで断然使いやすいです。でもバニラはいちおう輸入禁止だよね。

香らない

やはり香りは薄いです。多量に使ってもあまり香らないので、すぐになくなっちゃいますね。リピートはしない。次回はSimply Organicを試してみます。
