DMAEはお肌のたるみに効くと聞き、試しに飲み始めました。普段、小鼻の脇の毛穴がたるんでいるのが悩みでしたが、このサプリを飲み始めてから、毛穴が引き締まってきて、たるみが目立たなくなってきました。他に何か特別な事はしていないので、このサプリの効果だと思います。

昔、うつが酷い時に摂取した時は小麦粉でした。回復してきた今は多めに入れるとコリンの力を感じられます。脂肪肝にもよさそうなのでしばらく摂取してみたいと思います。
