日本で購入するとバカ高いですが、iHerbは本当に安いのでありがたいです。おかげでいろんな料理に遠慮なく使えます。味はちょっとほろ苦いですが、ナッツのように濃厚でサラダからお味噌汁、パスタやスープなどコクをプラスしたいときになんにでもかけています。美味しくて身体にいいなんて最高です！
