傷口がすぐ膿んでしまう体質なのですがこれはよく効きます。原因なしで出来てしまうオデキも今のところ抑えれています。

筋トレ後、プロテインを飲むとき、カプセルからあけて混ぜて飲んでいます。それまでのようにプロテインが腹にたまったような感じがなく、消化が良いように思います。

効果を実感出来ませんでした。炎症体質の改善のためだったので長期間摂取してみないとわからないようです。消化についても特に効果を感じませんでした。
