普通のサプリメントよりも、ちょっと大きめなので、飲みにくい感じもありますが、味的にはレモン風味で、後味は悪くないです。ちょっとサプリが大きいので☆ひとつ減らしました。しかし、手軽という面では、日本には無い感じでGoodです。
