まだどんな効果が現れてるのかはわかりませんが、アンチエイジングになると信じて飲んでます。１粒がアメリカンサイズの為、飲むのが大変な人もいるかもしれません。

魚のオイルも必要ですが、魚に取り込まれている重金属の問題がやや心配です。亜麻仁油もセットになったカプセルをさがしています。
