iherbさんは発送など早くてとても良いと思うが、梱包がラフだったので、このカカオニブはエアクッションなどに包まれていなかったため、商品の袋が一部破け、パウダーがこぼれた状態、ほかの商品に付着した状態でとどいたのが残念でした。改良の検討をよろしく御願いします！

カカオニブは製品個体差がけっこうあるときいたが、私がひいたのはかなり酸味があった。そのまま食べるにはちょっとつらいくらい製菓材料にしたり、ドリンクにしたりして楽しみます。

ぽりぽり美味しいです。ローフードだけど、クッキーやパンにも入れて焼いたり。ナッツバターとカカオニブをパンにのせて食べました。
