I like it in capsules easy to swallow. I wish there is a bigger bottle that's more than 200 in a bottle since this has to be taken 2capsules per meal.60 capsules in a bottle is too small of a quatity. One bottle is gone in 10 days. Too expensive to keep buying small bottle.

I haven't tried this yet, but rated it high because it is caffene free, and green tea has healthy catechins.
