付属のスプーン2杯を400-500ｃｃの水に入れ、シェイクして飲みます。ぬるい水で作るとまずいです。一気に飲まないと、コップの中で膨れて飲みにくくなります。そのあと1時間以内にたくさん水を飲みます。これを飲むと、その後何も食べたくなくなります。いろんな意味で。夕飯の代わりに飲めばやせそうです。おいしく飲めるようになんとか工夫したいものです。
