粒が大きいのが難点です。飲み込む時に勇気がいります。飲み込む時にうまく飲み込めずにオエッーとなることもあり、なかなか手が伸びません。全然飲んでいません。もったいないので飲みますが、かなり勇気がいります。内容はいいんでしょうがねぇ・・・あと味はイワシの味がします。
