朝食はジュースのみなので、 昼と夜の食前に一粒飲んでいます。 時によってすぐお腹いっぱいになるのですが、 普通に食べちゃうことも多いです。 過食気味だとより効果を実感しやすいのかもしれません。 二つ買ったので、なくなるまで続けます。
