水に溶けないのでそのまま口の中に放り込んだあとに水で流し込む方法がオススメです ＢＣＡＡ特有のエグみがあるのでお世辞にもおいしいとは言えません 効果はよく分かりませんでした

レモンフレーバーが嫌味なく美味しく飲めます。ファットバーナーのお供に購入しました。効果のほどはもう少し様子をみます。
