日本の輸入食品店で見かけたら、1000円位で売っていました。すごく得した気分。使ってみましたがまあまあです。ブルターニュの少しグレーがかった塩のほうが、甘み旨味がある気がしますが。

鶏手羽先にこの塩と胡椒で味付けしグリルで焼くとまるで焼き鳥屋で食べているかのようなおいしさに仕上がります。なくなったらリピートします。
