以前nettleのもう一つのタイプを使っていました。今はこちらの商品を使っています。前回から感じていたのですが、一つ一つのカプセルが大きく、水と共に飲んでも暫くのどにひっかかっている感じ。。。ただ、花粉症への効果はなんとなく感じています。点鼻薬と目薬だけでほとんどくしゃみは出ません。ただ個人差はあると思います。

花粉症対応で使い始めて２週間なので４つ星ですが、たぶん５になりそうです。
