人に勧められて試してみました。初めは少し多めに飲んでしばらくしてから通常の３錠を寝る前に飲むようにしました。身体がとても楽になり便通が良くなりました。これからも続けていこうと思ってます。出会えた事に感謝！

もう一つの緑色パッケージのほうと両方使ってみましたが、こちらのほうがソフトに、確実に便通が改善します。カプセルから発酵臭（運が良いとプルーンのような香りの事も）がしますが、効くと思って飲めば気になりません。

私は緑の箱よりも確実に効果がありました。私は夜寝る前に、食事内容にあわせて1粒か2粒飲んでいます。とにかく朝のお通じが違います。快腸って素晴らしい！

緑のパッケージを飲み終えて１ヶ月次はバージョンアップしてみました。私にはこちらの方が効果があるみたいです。最近便秘が治ってきたみたいですしサプリメントは３ヶ月程続けて効果が出てくると思うので続けていきたいです。ちなみに薬がなければ出ない程の便秘症です。
