私にはまったく合わないどころかお腹がシクシク痛くなりました。熱狂的なレビューに騙されて買いましたが、お腹が張るわガスは出るは便秘になるわが好転反応期間を過ぎても続き、服用をやめたら苦しみから解放されました。値段も高いですし、よく考えてから買ったほうが良いと思います。
