匂いとカプセルの大きさに面食らいましたが、コレを飲んでいると生理が楽になります。 あとビックリするくらい快調に。 おなかを下したりするわけではないので便秘の人や生理が重い人にお勧め。

大きめのカプセルはちょっと飲みにくいかもしれませんが、多めの水で流し込みます。効き目はまだわかりませんが、疲れにくくなったような気がします。
