これを飲むと体がちょっと動かすだけでポカポカします。ただ、粒が結構大きいので飲むのがちょっと大変です。ダイエット効果はまだ出ていませんが体が締まってきたように思えます。

瓶が重い

あっさり搬送されてくる大抵のサプリメントの中で、圧倒的に保護されまくって送られてきたのが印象的でした。割れない様に包装してくるのはありがたいのですが、はがすにちょっと時間が掛かりました。効果はまだ実感ないですが、粒は黒いソフトカプセルで、これまたでっかいです。慣れればどうってことないですが。
