I was looking for the multi-mineral formula recommended by Brian Peskin to improve cellular respiration and these tablets have the complete list. Delivery was fast and the quality of the product is excellent. I will be re-ordering them from Iherb. Yes, they are large tablets - my wife swallows them with no problem. I have to chew them before swallowing but they have practically no taste and are not difficult to chew.
