裏ごしタイプのトマト水煮缶と言ったところ。他のトマト缶レシピと同じように使えます。缶は、トマトの酸で内部が溶け出す恐れがあるので避けていて、ビンのこのタイプを重宝しています。 680gと、普通のトマト缶よりも大きいので、分量の調節だけはお忘れなく。

トマトの缶のBPAフリーなのが中々見つからないので瓶タイプのこちらを使用しています。とっても使いやすくて美味しいので大満足です。送料無料の時狙いで☆

トマト缶の缶の内側塗装が有害と聞いたので、こちらを試しに買ってみました。まだ頂いてないのですが、瓶なので重量が重いのをのぞけば使いやすそうです。

オーガニックなトマト

いつも使っているトマト缶と比べ、香りや酸味、味が濃いです。5分で出来るレシピ付きですが、私は1時間煮込みます。好きな野菜を炒めてコンソメ入れて煮込んでハーブを加えれば美味しいトマトソースが出来上がります。
