おいしくて、オーガニックなのに、お買い得。また買いたいです。ただ…配送時に蓋から少し内容物が漏れ出ていたのがちょっと気になります。

動物性のものが入っていないのに、こくがあります。これをお湯でうすめるだけでもおいしいスープですが、煮込み料理、カレー、シチューに隠し味的に使うと、おいしさアップです。

確かにしょっぱいですが、加減しながら使うとGoodです。チキンストックで野菜を煮込んでトマトジュースとこれを足せば簡単で美味しいなミネストローネができました。
