ピーナッツパウダーなんて国内では見たことがなかったのですが、しかも８５％も脂肪をカットしたピーナッツパウダーということで、ピーナッツの風味は好きだけど、油っこさが苦手な私にはぴったりなのではと思い、かなり期待して購入してみました。質感などはきな粉にそっくりなのですが、少量の砂糖と水と合わせてペースト状にすると、ピーナッツの風味がものすごくしてきて、さらにほんのちょっとの塩とシナモンを混ぜてパンに塗って食べてみたところ、全然油っぽくなくて、初めて心から美味しいと思えるピーナッツペーストを食べたという感じがしました。これは個人的にはかなりの大ヒットです。安くはありませんが、これはまた買いたいと思いました。

面白いですこれ、とても気に入りました粉のままきな粉のようにも使えるし、はちみつと合わせてペースト状にしてもいいです
