もちろん自然のものなのでしょうがないが、１袋の中でもすごくおいしい１カケラとそうでないものがある。。。だんだん見分けがつくようになってしまうので、おいしくないやつが残ってしまう（汗 でも、甘さも自然で噛みごたえもあるのでダイエットのときのおやつにいいかも。

顎が鍛えられそうです（笑） 素朴な甘さが好みの方にはおすすめ。 私はそのまま食べたのですがヨーグルトなどに漬けて食べるほうがおいしくいただける気もします。 細かくカットしてパウンドケーキに入れるのもいいかもしれません。

オーガニックのドライフルーツは初めて食べました。素朴な味といった感じで色もよくはありませんが余計なものが入ってないから体によさそう
