春に購入した時はまだ気温が低くカチカチでしたが暖かくなりトロリとするととても美味しいです。ライ麦パンと酸味のあるジャムとの相性が最高です。ArtisanのHPで確認したところ冷蔵庫に入れると固くなるので常温で保存して分離したら良く混ぜるようにと書いてあったので、安心して夏も常温で保存しました。

バターの代わりにパンにつけて食べましたが、伸ばしづらかったです。トーストなら溶けていいと思います。おいしいですが、ちょっとくどいです。

以前使っていたココナッツオイルはとても香りが悪くてせっかく作ったろースイーツもココナッツの香りで台無しになっていましたがこのココナッツオイル（バター）は香りがとてもよくてロースイーツをまた作りたくなる代物です

焼きたてのパンにバターの代わりに塗ってます。適度な甘い香りでやみつきです。さらにメープルシロップをたらすと最高。
