これだけの物が入ってこのお値段は嬉しいです。便秘のため特にマグネシウム剤を飲もうと考えていましたが、単体で飲むより手軽だし手放せなくなりそうです。

やっぱり一粒がデカイです。しかも縦に長い。１日３つはキツイけど、このメーカーは安いのに品質が良いです。値段・容量ともに良いと思います。
