The taste isn't terrible but texture is a bit gross so I add it to whatever I'm drinking and throw it back like I'm taking a shot. I had low lithium on my hair mineral test. I had previously had the KAL 5mg lithium capsules. Bought this to try something new. Lithium has been one of the most important elements/things to improve my mood. I take around 10mg a day and am more chilled out for sure. Seems to help my sleep cycle a bit too. This liquid version is good but I do prefer the KAL 5mg capsules a little more. Note this says to refrigerate after opening. Good quality supplement. One of the most important supplements for Mood regulation.
