I had an allergic attack. My heart rate went to 170. I had to go to the hospital. I will mention that I did take the Niacin w/ out food. I am not sure if that would've made a difference for me...I would first consult doctor or take small sample size first to see how you would react. Niacin has helped my brother w/ lowering Cholesterol.

Hot flush

Gave me a hot flush and red rashes when i took for two days. Googled it and yes its happened to others on a high does. 50mg fine..but 100mg is too much.

Synthetic Bs

B3 from synthetic source = patchy red spots of asymmetric circulation B3 from whole food like Brewers yeast = Even flow of symmetric beauty But what about the toxin-flushing benefits? Your body doesn't respond well to shock. Period. If you want to be cheap and buy synthetic vitamins as opposed to Brewer's yeast, eating liver, bee pollen... Then health is clearly not your main priority. Do something, do it right. Signed Carlos
