I can always trust Healthy Origins brand.High Quality, Low Price. Ubiquinol hundred milligrams is enough on most mornings, but if you know you have a Sports Tournament, take two hundred milligrams or three hundred milligrams in that morning for maximum performance.

I've read that Ubiquinol is better absborbed by people after the age of 40 than CoQ10 is. CoQ-10 is recommended by our family doctor since we have history of heart problems in our family.
