甘酸っぱい普通のおいしいキャンディでした。風邪予防に良いんですね。お値段が安いので袋に直接入ってるのかと思ってましたが、個包装されてたので持ち歩きに便利でした。また買います。

一日3個食べれば必要な亜鉛が取れるのでサプリよりいいと思いました。味も甘くないので、甘いの苦手な方にもいいかも。肌のターンオーバーが遅れてきた方にはおすすめです。

甘さは抑え目の普通の飴かな、と思います。のどの調子がおかしいとき、風邪気味のときに気休め程度に舐めましたが効果はわかりませんでした・・・。
