Helps me get great sleep. Getting a little older so workouts need faster repair. i believe this works and helps me get more muscle tone. Used to take GHR15 but their product has become junk with useless fillers. This is a high quality product.

This is a good adjunct therapy along with other enhancers. I would not depend upon it solely, but I like using it in combination.
