Calcium citrate - This form is best absorbed in the body. Took a month to 4 capsules, and now I drink two. I noticed that the nails are strong, and I think all the bones stronger)

Cracked Tablets

Though the supplement is qiute good, there are the cracked tablets. Because of the absence of anything that could keep the tablets stay still, some tablets got crashed.
