睡眠改善の為に購入してみたが、すぐに寝られるかと思ったらそうでもなく、でも寝覚めは確実によくなりました。朝の調子がいいです。成分的には、テアニンやギャバなどが入っていて、おまけにリローラも付いているのはいいですね。ダイエットの為に夜食を減らしたらお腹がすいてたけど、それでも寝られるようになりました(^^;
