Very effective for calming nerves and anxiety, without inducing fatigue or dulling one's mind (works at doses from 300 mg to 600 mg three times a day). It also works well in reducing arthritic pain (at doses as low as 300 mg once a day). But, people should know that this form of vitamin B3 does not effect cholesterol levels--for that, you need the Niacin form.

Excellent service with my order, good pricing. The product is fine and I was pleased that it was not gel caps. It's early to tell whether the product is accomplishing what I want to accomplish, but I have no reason to believe that it won't.
